Once upon a time, America was proud to provide good service. I believe this is something AT&T cares nothing about.
How hard is it to send someone to a house and hook up service? How is it that employee's have no idea which type of service goes to which department?
Randall Stephenson, how did you get the CEO position? Who did you have to fuck to get such a high position?
The old saying "shit rolls down hill" applies to EVERYONE who works for AT&T. So the shit starts with Randall and ever so slightly runs into the board members before taking a sharp detour to the lowly employees.
I think the people I've spoken to over the last month should be fired. And if they really are fucking idiots, let's foot the bill for them to start over again in school. I hear 1st grade is so much fun now. You don't have to take a nap AND the teacher's can't spank you (unless you're into the role play). It's obvious AT&T does't require any education at all to work there.
