See, I know people owe money. Hell, I owe money. But you can't get blood from a turnip. Do you know who I remember the most? The "nice" people who have called when I was going through a rough patch. And guess what? They got paid back first!
It doesn't pay to be an ass if you are a collector. I did that job for nearly 15 years and other collectors couldn't understand why I did so well. All I would say to others was "be nice".
Listen up people: If you work for a collection agency, it does pay to be nice! If you are an ass, you won't see a dime.
