4 year old girl banned from school photo because of hair

As if we don't have enough to worry about in America. How in the world is this possible? Has the school lost it's mind? I think so! To tell a 4 year old little girl that she can't have her picture taken because she has her hair in a bow? This school deserves to have the STUPID label printed on it. 4 yr old girl banned from school photo Anyone else have comments?
