Democrats push aid for jobless

I know our economy is in the tank right now. But how many "extensions" are we going to give the jobless? Hasn't there already been like 2? So are we now giving the unemployed 2 yrs of benefits with this extension? Um, how about those unemployed going and working in the fields picking our produce?
And I don't want to hear it. I have my own garden that feeds me. I work my ass off to get my fresh and problem free produce right from my back yard. I'm disabled. But I can still drag my ass out to the yard so I can eat!

Obama extends federal benefits to same sex partners

This is from yahoo news. President Obama has extended some benefits to same sex partners. I'm not saying it's about time, because I believe everyone should be able to have affordable health insurance. This goes a little further. I still doubt I will vote for him in 2012. I'm more concerned with the safety of our borders and those trying to dismantle our Constitution. Here's the story if you'd like to read it:

Justice Dept. NOT prepared for a WMD attack

Well now, doesn't that make you feel safe? Our own justice department isn't prepared for us to be attacked by weapons of mass destruction. I feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

This is why individuals need to PREPARE for themselves. I can not stress this point. 1-3 days or even 30 days of food would not get a family through something this horrible. And our own Government departments aren't even prepared. Oh, I bet Snowbama is prepared. He'll be whisked off with his family to that cave that goes miles under the earth. He knows he'll be fine. What about you?
